Fall Finale: Native American Heritage Celebration

Join us as we collaborate with Capital Area District Library and Delta Township District Library to celebrate Native American Heritage Month. The event will feature a Native American drummer and dancers, Art Zapata’s Drum Southern Straight, as well as local Native vendors, a take home craft and snacks sold by LCC’s Native American Student Alliance club.

This free, family-friendly event is open to the community and deepens the Capital Area regions engagement with Urban Native American experiences presented in this year’s One Book, There There by Tommy Orange.

The Fall Finale will take place on the Downtown Campus in the Gannon Commons, Gannon Bldg from 2-4 pm. Please register to receive event updates.
